I think the trip to Singapore Poly was an enriching one. From there we learnt more about alternative energy and also about Solar Energy. From this trip, I now know better how life in polytechnic is like. There are numerous schools around the campus, and they generally spend a few hours in the lecture room. The campus was so big that we took a ten minute walk from the School of Electronic and Electric Engineering all the way to the Solar Farm. Although it was a humid day, I was happy as I finally saw real and big solar panels. I may not have another chance to see it again if I do not grab this rare chance to see it as industries in Singapore do not use a lot of solar energy to generate electricity.
